The convention highlighted the importance of everyone doing their part for our club. It is very important in looking ahead to 2020, that we get more volunteers involved with our daily club activities. Everyone has their talents and skills and as a club we should be utilising these effectively. Anyone who is able to help in any way, from selling or buying lotto, committing to Club Clonoe, getting involved with the various fundraising activities throughout the year or helping out with coaching any of our teams should contact any of the committee members or message Clonoe O’Rahilly’s Facebook page. All help is greatly appreciated and with fresh new faces and ideas, we can continue to develop the foundations that have been laid over the past few years.
A walking group has recently been established in the local Community. The Clonoe/Coalisland Walkers meet at the Clonoe Community Centre on a Monday evening at 730pm, a Wednesday evening at 730pm and a Sunday morning at 10am. This is open to everyone in the local Community. Remember to bring your high vis and a headlight or torch.
